    We've been closely monitoring the intermittent non-delivery of inbound email originating from Symantec.cloud to domains hosted on the 1-grid platform.
    No further issues were observed and
     traffic has normalised between the two parties.

    At this time we are marking the issue as resolved, but we will continue to monitor the situation closely.
