Billing System Upgrade

To offer you a better account management experience, we are upgrading our billing system on the 19th of December, 2024. 

During this period, we will make every effort to minimise disruptions to your service. 

If you are usually billed before the 4th of the month, please note that your monthly invoice will be sent on the 13th of December.

 Debit order collections will commence on the 27th of December.

This change only applies to the month of December 2024. Your billing date for January 2025 and beyond will be as per the norm.

We are aware of a recent issue where fraudulent emails, appearing to be sent from 1-Grid, are being distributed to some of our clients. These emails are not send from us and likely part of a phishing scam.

Please be cautious and do not click on any links or open attachments in emails that seem suspicious. If you receive an email claiming to be from 1-Grid that looks unusual, please verify the sender's email address or contact us.

We are actively investigating this matter and working to prevent further incidents. Your security is our top priority, and we recommend keeping your systems and security protocols up to date.
