    We are aware of email issues affecting some cPanel Linux servers.

    1st Issue: Emails not showing in Inbox due to mailboxes exceeding package disk Quota. 

    2nd Issue: 451 Temporary local problem. Connection time-outs from Outlook application.

    Our Sysadmins and engineers are attending to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Notice: Decommissioning of our Helm control p (Scheduled)

    We have successfully migrated your hosting services from our legacy Windows control panel (Helm)to our Plesk servers, enhancing the overall security, performance, and reliability of your hosting services. 

    Decommissioning of HELM Servers:  On January 15, 2024, we will decommission our HELM environment. 

    As part of the decommissioning process, we have started turning off the web, email, and database servers.      

    Our migrations team has taken all precautions to ensure no services are still active on the legacy Helm servers.
