This article provides you with information on how to check if there’s an outage via the new 1-grid Mobile Application.
Step 1 – Login with your 1-grid Customer Zone details.
Step 2 – Click More on the bottom menu
Step 3 – Click on Network
The two types of Network notifications are Open Issues and Scheduled Work.
- Open Issues – are current active issues on our Network
- Scheduled Work – are maintenance tasks planned for our Network
