This guide will take you through the steps of updating a contact email address linked to a cPanel account within WHM. Please note that this is strictly for resellers with WHM access.
All account modification notifications are sent to the contact email address listed in WHM. This is initially set when the cPanel account is created. Should your customer ask to have this changed, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1– Login to WHM

Step 2 – Click on List Accounts
Step 3 – Click the “+” next to relevant domain name to expand options
Step 4 – Enter new email address and click Change
