The error message “Your IP address has changed. Please log in again” seems to be most common among Telkom customers. Most notably, their LTE customers have been receiving this error due to some change they made on their end.
Please note that this error can occur if a change is made by your internet service provider or network administrator. You would need to contact them to resolve the issue.
A quick workaround would be to use a different internet connection to gain access.
