Why pay in advance?

Discounts!

Everyone loves a discount. Who wouldn’t? You qualify for a discount which is determined by the period you wish to pay for.

6 month’s upfront – 5%

1 year – 10%

2 years – 20%

You’re less likely to get suspended

By paying in advance you won’t have to worry about missing a payment for months at a time and we will only issue another invoice closer to the end of the paid period.

One less thing to worry about

You obviously have enough on your mind. Remembering to make monthly payments is one thing we’re aiming to take off your list. We understand that there are customers who prefer to make EFT payments so paying well in advance using this method is a great way of avoiding the risk of getting suspended due to insufficient funds in your bank account.

Avoiding billing queries

As much as we try to keep our system in tip top shape there is always a chance, however small, that something might happen that would impact your monthly invoice. Choosing to pay in advance would mean that you won’t need to contact us for any billing queries as the package would have been paid for a long period of time.

NB! With regards to cancellations: Customers are only able to cancel at the end of their billing cycle meaning that if you paid 6 months in advance and cancel after 4 months, the service will only cancel at the end of the 6th month.
