The Business VPS Hosting Packages and the Virtual Private Server Packages are 2 totally different products as explained below.

Business VPS Hosting product information:
This product is best for customers wanting to use a VPS for cPanel hosting purposes.

Operating system: This VPS has Centos (Linux) with WHM (Hosting software solution) installed.

Access: You get WHM access where you can create your own hosting accounts for your customers. root or SSH access cannot be provided for security reasons.

Support Scope: We monitor and maintain the services on the VPS server. However, the content(website files, databases and email addresses) and hosting accounts would be managed by the customer.

Backups: Backups would be made by us up to 5 days and can be used from R1Soft backups within Cpanel of each hosting account.

Virtual Private Server product information:
This product is best for customers wanting to use a VPS for installing and testing their own software, having full root access.

Operating system: This can be chosen from the ordering page above.

Access: You get full root access(RDP for Windows and root SSH console details for Linux).

Support Scope: This is an un-managed product where you need to maintain your own software and installations. We do provide a free re-deployment but all data and installations by you would be removed.

Backups: You need to install and use your own backup method. We do not provide backups from our side for this product since it is an un-managed product.
