It is very important to keep your security information up to date. Assistance will be limited if you are unable to answer the security question at the beginning of a support call.
In the case where you forgot your customer zone password, you won’t be able to reset it on your own without the correct answer.
You can update this by following these easy steps:
1. Log in to the Customer Zone.
2. Hold the cursor over “Account Information” and click on “Security Settings”.
3. You can select your security question and answer here. Click on “Save Changes” once you have done that.
