Use Live Chat
On our website locate Live Chat button top right of our website.
Click where it says ‘Need help?’. You will now be able to chat to a support agent directly.
Create a Support Ticket
Log in to your account via the customer zone
Once logged in, click on ‘Tickets’.
On the right-hand side go to Support > ‘Open Ticket’.
Select the appropriate department.
Fill in a subject and type your request much like you would do with a regular email.
