A domain is valid for a year at a time and you will be notified when it is time to renew it. We’ll send email notifications 60, 30, 7 and 3 days before expiration. An invoice will be sent with the first reminder and will automatically renew once it is paid.
To confirm the status of the feature, login to the customer zone
Click on Domains
Search for the domain and see the status of the feature next to it.
If this option is set to “disabled”, no invoice will be sent and the domain will not be renewed. You may contact us on live chat or send an email to [email protected] if you wish to renew it.
