Legacy SmarterMail: How to delete emails

This article provides you with steps to delete email from SmarterMail in your HELM account.

Step 1 – Login to Smartermail

• Go to http://mail.yourdomain.co.za (replace yourdomain.co.za with your actual domain name)
• Login with your email address and password.

Step 2 – Click on Inbox and Select all the mails you would like to delete

Step 3 – Click Delete to delete the selected email(s).

Step 4 – Empty your Deleted Items Folder
