How to provide authorization to process personal information

With the passing and implementation of the POPI Act (Protection Of Personal Information), we have restricted access to personal information has been restricted.

We understand that some of our customers may require assistance from our staff members and in the event of assistance being required, we will request access to your account for the period of 3, 6, or 12 months.

When you log in to your customer zone after we have requested access to your account you will see the below pop-up.


You will see:


  • Reason for request.
  • Ticket number associated with the request.
  • Duration of access.
  • Grant access.
