FAQs:

  • What is a WildCard SSL certificate, and when should I use it?

A WildCard SSL certificate is designed to secure a domain and it’s subdomains using a single certificate. It’s an excellent choice if you have multiple subdomains under the same domain name.

For example, if your website is “example.com,” a WildCard SSL certificate would also secure “blog.example.com,” “shop.example.com,” and any other subdomains.

This simplifies certificate management and ensures consistent security across your entire domain.

  • Why is it important to fill in the CSR fields accurately?

Filling in the CSR fields accurately is crucial for the certificate authority to verify your identity and issue a valid SSL certificate. Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delays in the certificate issuance process.

It’s essential to provide truthful information to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of your SSL certificate.
