Step 1 – Navigate to the AnyDesk downloads page and click download.
Step 2 – Open the AnyDesk application from your PC’s downloads folder and note your 9-digit AnyDesk ID as a support agent will require this to connect to your PC.
Step 3 – When the support agent enters your 9-digit ID you will receive a session request, please click accept at this time.
That’s it! The agent will be connected to your device and can provide remote support. If you wish to end the session at any time you can simply click disconnect.
