Email for Business: How to import your emails

This article will provide you with the steps to import your emails from any hosting provider to the 1-grid Email for Business packages.

You will need:

  1. The email address.
  2. The email address password.
  3. The current host’s incoming email server settings, the current host will be able to provide you with this information.

Step 1 – You will need to create the email address as a user via the email for business package, Click-Here to see how.

Step 2 – You will need to log in to the web interface via using the email address and password used in Step 1

Step 3 – Once logged in click the settings Icon > Connectivity > Migrate:

Step 4 – Select your current host from the list, if your host is not listed select Other:

Step 5 – Insert the email address details: email address, password, and incoming server settings then click start.

This will download all your emails to the email for business server.
