Customer Zone: Adding a sub account or technical contact.

This article provides you with step by step instructions on how to remove sub contact from your profile so they will not longer have access to your account.

Step 1– Login to your 1-grid Customer zone.

 

 

 

 

Step 2 Go to Account information then click on Contacts/Sub-accounts.

 

 

 

 

Step 3  Select new account and add required details.

  • Once all details has been completed click on Save Changes
