1-grid APP: How do I view and log Support Tickets ?

This article provides you with steps to log Support Tickets via our 1-grid Android app.

Step 1 – Login with your 1-grid Customer Zone details.




Step 2 – Click on Support and Queries

Step 3 – Select the query type

  • In this example we will use hosting

Step 4 – Complete your query details and click Submit

Step 5 – That’s It ! your support ticket has been logged.

To view the progress of your ticket you may log in at any time and select Support and Queries.
