SnapScan is one of the easiest ways to make a payment. Simply scan the SnapCode on your bill with the SnapScan App, enter the amount you want to pay and confirm payment with your 4-digit PIN.


Masterpass is a digital wallet that allows you to check out quickly and easily. Simply store your payment and shipping information in one secure location for a simple, fast, and secure checkout experience.

Instant EFT via PayFast

Don’t have a credit card? PayFast’s Instant EFT allows online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an internet banking transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified.

Direct Debit

We accept direct debits. Simply fill out your details and we will schedule the debit order on a date that you have selected.

Credit Card

Have a credit card? Just fill in your card details on our secure payment form when checking out.

Please note that we never store your payment details on our website.


How to switch your payment method

To switch your payment option, you first need to log into your Customer Zone. Once logged in, you can go to the customer menu and click on Account Information > Edit Account Details. On the My Details page you can scroll down to Payment Method, select your preferred payment method and press Save Changes at the bottom of the page.We are always looking for ways to improve your experience with 1-grid.
