What is a business without emails? In the business world, the number one way to communicate is via emails. At 1-grid, we understand the importance of businesses communicating via email. Therefore, 1-grid offers email hosting with all of its hosting packages.
Caryn Greeff, who opened a website called SASS with 1-grid, decided that her business needed email accounts to communicate. However, the only obstacle Caryn couldn’t overcome was setting up the email accounts. She had no idea where or how to begin. She decided to call in to our Hosting Support centre.
Resolution
After many failed attempts to set up her email account on Outlook, she felt helpless. Finally, Caryn decided to call our Hosting Support centre. Luckily, she received all the support she needed over the phone with 1-grid’s Hosting customer support agent, Zolani (Also known by his colleagues as ‘Zol’).
Zolani quickly assisted Caryn and explained to her how to set up the email account; from showing her where the passwords should be inserted to making sure that her emails are working 100%. Not only was he advising her on what she needed to do to get started, but also shared his knowledge to help her fix any issues in the future. Caryn felt like the most important customer in the world.
Caryn not only experienced great customer service but also learnt things she never thought she would. She felt more confident. She even took her joyful, educational experience to 1-grid’s HelloPeter profile.
