Lockdown restrictions are getting increasingly relaxed as more and more businesses open their doors and the South African workforce starts trickling back to work. Advanced Level 3 will see the beauty industry, hospitality and sit-down restaurants opening their doors. Strict health guidelines should be adhered to at all businesses, as well as at home. If you feel like you may be coming down with mild symptoms, it’s essential to stay at home and self-isolate. If you have serious symptoms then you should immediately seek medical help.   

The guidelines state that everyone entering public spaces should wear a mask and get their temperature checked. Similar to workspaces, as a manager you should make sure your team knows what the symptoms are and ensure that health protocols like masks and hand sanitizers are readily available.
