I have a start-up business and need email accounts and a website, where do I start?
You’ll need to check if your desired domain is available, you’ll also need a hosting package which will give you access to your client area and cPanel in order to install Word press, Joomla, Drupal to start building your website. We have a package tailored to suit your business requirements. Either select a hosting package that includes a domain or if you wish to build your own website, all of the above mentioned will be included. We can do you one better and build the website for you and emails, hosting and the domain will be included and much more.
What’s the process when signing up for a web design package where do design it for me?
You choose a package, we then conduct a telephonic interview to get a feeling for the design, upon receipt of the content our copywriters and designers get to work and you will receive a first review of your new website within 2 weeks for your approval or changes.
What disk space do I need for a website or/and emails?
5GB is more than enough for a small to medium business, take in account how many emails you’ll need and the size of your website. This is a good start as disk space is solely dependent on the content of your website. The average website average around 150 MB with a single page taking up around 1-2 MB. We strongly advise against pages larger than 2MB as this is impractical and the long loading time leads to bad user experience.
Do you upload content for me?
We do not however we’ve made this easy for you to do and we can assist you telephonically. Please go here for more information.
I made a payment, how long does it take to reflect.
The fastest way to activate your service is to log in to your client area otherwise please refer to the very first email we sent you which includes your log in details. Please then go to the billing section to see your invoices and make payment. You can choose to pay us via credit card, instant EFT or even snap scan. This way your service will activate immediately. Should you make a payment other than via our client area please use your customer code provided to you in your welcome email as your payment reference. This will normally take 2- 3 days to be allocated.
Are you running any promos at the moment?
Yes sure, please check our website regularly updates! Please take advantage of our promo codes when available!

What is the difference between a VPS and a Dedicated Server

VPS servers usually have one or two hosting environments you can choose from, so they lack the absolute customization of dedicated hosts.

The differences between POP and IMAP

POP3 and IMAP are two different protocols (methods) used to access email.

Of the two, IMAP is the recommended option when you need to check your emails from multiple devices, such as a work laptop, a PC, a tablet, smartphone, or other mobile device. IMAP will sync the account across all devices to ensure that you do not miss anything. When creating new folders to manage your mailbox accordingly on one device, it will reflect on the others once they have been synced (updated).

Importance of strong passwords
Strong passwords are utterly important – they prevent unauthorized access to your electronic accounts and devices. If you choose a very complicated and long password, you will make it very difficult for a hacker to crack it, whether by a brute-force attack (i.e., trying every possible combination of numbers, letters or special characters) or an automated machine attack trying thousands of combinations per second to guess your one and only.
